Standard delivery is $50 AUD on orders under $500 AUD. Standard delivery is complimentary on orders of $500 AUD or more.
The delivery method available at checkout applies to the order. Oversized or special-handling works may require a separately confirmed freight service.
Large boards, furniture and sculptural works may require a specialist carrier, depot collection, local delivery or an individual freight quotation. Where the standard checkout rate cannot reasonably cover the delivery, we will contact you before fulfilment to confirm the available options. We will not dispatch an order on materially different delivery terms without your agreement.
Because each timber work is individually checked, documented and prepared for safe transport, dispatch times may vary by product. Any stated timeframe is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.
Tracking is supplied where the carrier provides it. A signature may be required for valuable works. Please ensure the delivery address is complete and accessible. Authority-to-leave requests are at the recipient’s risk to the extent permitted by law.
Contact us immediately if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after dispatch. Additional carrier charges arising from an incorrect address, refusal, missed delivery or failed delivery may be payable by the customer unless the failure is ours or the carrier’s responsibility.
Inspect the external packaging and item promptly after delivery. If damage is visible, photograph the packaging before disposal and contact provenanceboardco@gmail.com with your order number and photographs. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by this request.
Risk passes in accordance with applicable consumer law and the delivery arrangement used. Ownership does not pass until payment has been received in full.
