These Terms of Sale apply to purchases from Provenance Board Co. and operate together with our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
A product listing may describe a numbered work within a defined collection. Photography represents the collection’s form, scale and timber character. The supplied piece is individually handcrafted and will have its own grain, colour, natural markings, exact dimensions and number. These differences are intentional characteristics of natural hardwood, not a failure to supply the collection work described.
Individual pieces and launch allocations are limited. Placing an item in a cart does not reserve it. If a purchased work becomes unavailable because of a stock, system or allocation error, we will contact you and provide a refund or an agreed alternative.
Where a launch price and recommended retail price are displayed, the launch price applies only while the stated launch offer or allocation remains available. We may end or change a promotion prospectively, but will not change the accepted price of an existing order.
Orders may be subject to payment, address and fraud checks. We may request reasonable verification before dispatch. We will not request passwords or complete payment-card details by email.
Eligible works are issued with a Certificate of Provenance recording the information applicable to the individual piece. Certificate details form part of the work’s identity. Replacement or correction requests are assessed individually.
Delivery charges and services are governed by our Shipping Policy. Please inspect the item promptly and follow the process in our Refund Policy if it is damaged, faulty or incorrect.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You may also be entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
